Livesey Brothers is a family run woodland mushroom farm set in the heart of Leicestershire. The family business based at Lowerfields Farm, has developed over the decades and now supply 100% British produce to major retailers across the U.K including Morrisons, Waitrose, ASDA and Sainsbury’s, as well as wholesalers across Britain.

 

We supply six varieties of woodland mushrooms that cannot be rivaled on flavour, freshness and quality due to our commitment to research, development and the consumer.

Our team includes three fully qualified quality control managers to ensure both the retailers and consumers high standards are met. In doing this, we have achieved Red Tractor, BRC (British Retail Consortium) and Leaf Marque Standard accreditation.

To ensure we are providing the best possible product to our customers, 20% of Lowerfields farm is dedicated to Research and Development, in order to remain the dominant supplier of woodland mushrooms in the United Kingdom and continue to supply the consumer with the quality mushroom they have come to expect from Livesey Brothers.
